Cell Phone/Personal Electronic Devices Policy

CCSD Schools are Personal Electronic Device (PED)/ phone-free environments. Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) include cell phones, smartwatches, tablets, gaming devices, and accessories like earbuds and headphones. 

All student Personal Electronic Devices must be powered OFF and kept in a backpack/bookbag during the school day. The “school day” is defined as the time students are on school premises from arrival until dismissal, including field trips, unless otherwise directed by the administration.
