Attendance Initiative

We are excited to launch the Student Attendance Incentive Program to encourage consistent attendance and active engagement in learning! 

Parents and guardians must complete the registration process before a student can receive the incentive. After completing the registration, you will receive an invitation from Bill.com. Registering for Bill.com is necessary, as it is the only method to receive weekly incentive payments.

Maximum Incentive Limit:

The total attendance incentive a household may receive during the 2026 calendar year is limited to $1,999 per household, regardless of the number of participating students. Once this limit is reached, no additional incentive payments will be issued for the remainder of the year.

How to sign up

  1. Download the Attendance Incentive Program Forms (links below).
  2. Complete the packet and email it to wsf@charleston.k12.sc.us.
  3. OR attend the registration workshop on December 17 to register in person.

Your principal will send additional information and specific instructions for registering with Bill.com. If you have questions, contact the school or email wsf@charleston.k12.sc.us.

Registration Workshop

The WSF team will be at the Winter Extravaganza on December 17 for an on-site workshop to complete registration and ask questions! Check with your principal for the time and location at your school.

If you cannot attend the workshop, please submit the packet via email to ensure timely processing.
